The things I'm passionate about
I am driven by a passion for transforming businesses & projects in the creative arts. I make a meaningful impact on the lives of business owners & creative artists - and their communities. By offering a supportive environment and practical tools, I help turn challenges into opportunities and realise a personal, creative and business vision. I have a career of over 40 years supporting and growing SME businesses & artists in Australia, the UK and the USA.

The stuff I do
Over that time I have been exposed to a broad range of industries, disciplines and business challenges. I’ve held senior leadership roles in larger private companies & SMEs, steering significant restructures, alongside owning several businesses myself. Business improvement and transformation have been at the heart of my career, so I am not only a highly skilled coach, advisor & mentor, I bring real world lived experience and all the lessons that come with that.
What's really important to me
I love art, music, history/politics/philosophy. I enjoy spending time on my farm, or on my boat, or travelling the world to ski, explore or just relax. Other than Australia, Italy is my favorite place to visit! My beautiful partner, Genevieve and my amazing children Eloise, Chloe & James are my inspiration, the foundation of my courage and the reason for everything that I do.
